Creative Dance
Offered for ages 3,4,5. This class combines ballet, jazz, tap and
tumbling along with games and props to enhance the children's
coordination. The emphasis is on the enjoyment of music and
movement; there is discipline in following basic directions.

Creative Dance for 5 year olds
A combination class with ballet, jazz, tap, and tumbling. This class is
similar to the Creative, but more structured in the lesson plan.

Combo classes
Combination classes for ages 6-8, combining two dance subjects.

Ballet
Offered for ages 6 and up. Your child will learn greater self-control,
persistence and dedication. Classical ballet is taught with French
terms, discipline and patience. The love for dance and
encouragement are the keys to improvement.

Jazz
Offered for ages 6 and up. This class covers all types of popular
dance from lyrical, Broadway, hip hop, Luigi and Fosse styles.

Tap
Offered for ages 6 and up. Your child will learn tap steps and rhythm
in a fun atmosphere.

Acrobatics
Offered for ages 6 and up. All tumbling skills from basic to advanced.
Flexibility, balance, and dance steps are part of this class.

Theatre Jazz
Offered for dancers age 7 and over, this class has a jazz style used
in musical theatre productions and presents one of these
productions in the end of the year recital.

Lyrical and Modern
For dancers age 7 and over, a combination of jazz and ballet. This
class uses the lyrics in motivating the movement. The songs can be
current or great music from the past.

Street Dance
For dancers age 6 and over, this class involves the break dance
movements of music videos. This type of dance has huge popularity
at this time and is danced to age appropriate music.

All Boy's Street Class

Voice and Theatre
Acting and vocal training, ages 6 and over.

Movement Therapy for Children with Special Needs
Movement and games to strengthen, balance, and exercise. Physical
therapy in play with the joy of music added to the mix. Movement and
music are healers of the heart.

Flexibility for Teens & Adults
Perfect for everyone: improve flexibility for dance and sports or just
regain range of motion for a balanced feel through your week.

High Energy and Competition Team
These performing teams consist of dancers from Brucie Klay's
Dance Center and are chosen by audition every spring.
